Returns and exchange policy

We want you to love your Anchor & Arrow products as much as we have loved designing them for you.
We are glad to offer exchanges for wrong sizes, as long as a request to return is submitted to us within 14 days of the item being received and the items are unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Return postage will be at the buyers expense however we will cover the shipping back out to you with the exchanged item.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or incur general wear and tear.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. 

No refunds or exchange offered on sale items.
